all balloons, candy carts and event decor will be delivered to and set up at your chosen venue before your event or party start time

Terms & Conditions

Please find below our various Terms & Conditions

*By placing an order with Pour Vous you are hereby agreeing to our full Terms and Conditions.

*When placing an order with us you will be sent an order confirmation with full details of your order, please fully read and check everything is correct, as this is your opportunity to correct any errors.

 

Delivery & set up.

*The candy cart will be delivered and set up by Pour Vous on the date and time specified by the customer.

*It is the responsibility of the customer to gain permission from the venue management for the set-up of the cart.

 

Payment.

*A £20 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking with us, this is to secure your date and is deducted from your total balance.

*The outstanding balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to your event.

*If full payment has not been made 4 weeks prior to the event, we will assume that our services are no longer required and reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order.

**NO DELIVERY WILL BE MADE WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT!**

*We accept payments via |Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cash.

*No Refunds/credit will be issued for any returned/unused stock.

 

Lost and Damaged equipment.

*All items are to be returned in the same condition as when they were provided. Any unreasonable damage (items that are no longer fit for hire due to non-repairable damage/missing items) will be charged at full replacement value.

*The candy cart must only be used for the serving/holding of the candy buffet. Guests are not permitted to leave other items such as drinks glasses on the cart as this could result in permanent staining or water damage.

*In the unlikely event of the cart being damaged beyond repair there will be a charge of £200.

*A list of all equipment supplied with the candy cart will be provided with the cart and photographic evidence of the equipment/set up at the venue will be taken at the time of setting the cart up.

 

Cancellations

*You can cancel your order anytime up to 4 weeks before your event with no cancellation fee. 

(we will retain the £50 Non-refundable deposit)

*The following cancellation fees will apply:

Less than 4 weeks prior to the event – 50% of the remaining balance.

Less than 2 weeks prior to the event – 100% of the remaining balance.

 

Liabilities & Allergies

*In no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the invoice value of the contract.

*Some sweets may contain Nuts, have traces of nuts/nut oils, or have been in contact with other products containing nuts. There-fore we cannot guarantee that any of the confectionery is nut free.

*Pour Vous cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies. 

*Children should be supervised at all times to avoid risk of choking/suffocation.

*Pour Vous cannot be held responsible for any safety issues which may occur from the consumption of our confectionery or the use of our equipment at your event, including plastic/glass objects.

 

Privacy Policy 

*Pour Vous will treat any personal information you provide in accordance with the Data protection Act of 1998.
